At Rainbow Consult, Stanley actively supports the delivery of IFC-LPI Training of Trainers (ToT) programs, Facilitating Face-to-Face Learning and Facilitating Learning Online – In Person (FLO-IP). These programs equip professionals with the skills to deliver high-impact training sessions both online and in-person delivered across multiple countries, including Ghana, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, just to mention a few. His expertise in adult learning principles, instructional methodologies, and facilitation techniques ensures that training participants gain practical, applicable skills that enhance their professional development. In addition to training, Stanley has worked on instructional design projects for organizations like SNV, Ghana Federation of Disability, Free the Slaves, Emerging Public Leaders, and COLEAD.
