Margaret Jackson
Managing Partner

Margaret Jackson is the Managing Partner of Rainbow Consult. She is an accomplished Management Consultant and Human Resource Practitioner with over 25 years’ experience. She has superior skills in the areas of Adult Learning and Instructional Design. Margaret has proven herself in institutional development and is an exceptional trainer with impeccable public speaking skills. She is a Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) Trainer and Assessor in addition to being an International Finance Corporation (IFC) Instructional Designer. She has trained over 250 trainers under the IFC Business Edge program. She is also a provisional anti-corruption compliance trainer for Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE).

Margaret is a resourceful and open-minded leader with an optimistic outlook. She has led various successful SME capacity building projects in Ghana, Nigeria, Liberia, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Senegal, Mali, Guinea and Mozambique. Her work in post-Ebola Sierra Leone and Liberia has received critical commendation from the IFC.

She holds a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration from the University of Ghana, Legon.  She is Member of Society for Human Resource Management, USA and a member of Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana. She is also a member of the core faculty of the West African Civil Society Institute.

Joe Jackson

An all-round Business Executive and Consultant executive with over 20 years’ experience in Information Technology & Communication (ITC) and Finance sectors. His skills lie with developing, managing and motivating technology teams and their corresponding sales/support teams. Joe is also a Strategic Marketing and Design Thinking adept. He has conducted ‘Design Thinking’ tournaments for various institutions in several sectors including Information Technology, Banking, Agriculture etc. He has held several Strategic Marketing ‘Boot Camps’ for business executives also given public lectures sponsored by the Ghana branch of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).

He is a successful entrepreneur both in Ghana and in Nigeria. He was a co-founder and CEO of the pioneer software house in Ghana – theSOFTtribe for over 17 years. He also established a successful computer software business in Nigeria in 2006 which he sold off at the end of 2011.

On his return from Nigeria in 2012, Joe turned his experience to corporate strategy and capacity building as a member of a husband-and-wife team at Rainbow Consult. He was influential in the development of strategy for the SME market at several financial institutions including Fidelity Bank, Bond Financial Services, and Dalex Finance and Leasing Company Limited (DALEX).

In 2013, Joe’s diverse skills now led him to take a long-term position in DALEX as Director – Business operations with additional responsibility for Corporate Strategy. His period with DALEX has seen an outstanding rise in DALEX fortunes including over 100% year on year growth up to 2017. Joe has also supervised the on-going conversion to a ‘Fintech’ Finance House based on mobile money and other technology channels.

Baaba Jackson
Office Manager

Baaba Jackson is a Strategic Communications Consultant with two years (2) experience in advertising strategy, account management and Public Relations (PR). She brings to the team a wealth of knowledge in communications strategy and oversees the external image of Rainbow Consult, client relations and PR for both Rainbow Consult and clients. She also provides training for our clients in the areas of Soft Skills and Governance.

She holds an MSc in Social and Public Communications from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Cyrus Asamoah Boateng
Learning and Development Professional

Cyrus Asamoah Boateng is a consultant who has facilitated key capacity building workshops for our corporate clients Soft Skills and Marketing. Cyrus also provides administrative support to our project management team on strategic goals development and monitoring.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science &Technology.
