Margaret is a credentialed Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a seasoned Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist. She is a Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) UK, an LPI Expert Facilitator, Certified Online Learning Designer, IFC Master Trainer, certified anti-corruption compliance trainer with the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), IFC Master Instructional Designer, and an LPI Assessor. She also holds advanced expertise in Research and Compliance, Adult Learning, and Instructional Design, and is a Leadership and Mental Health Fitness Coach.

Over the years, Margaret has worked with a wide range of international and regional organizations, including the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), Amnesty International, Ghana Chamber of Mines, Access Bank Ghana, Bank of Africa, and First Atlantic Bank, Coca-Cola, UNDP, Sightsavers, and the Millennium Development Authority, among others. Her collaborations have focused on advancing learning, leadership, and enterprise development initiatives across Africa.

Since she is passionate about the development of women, she designed and led the UNDP/ Ghana Ministry of Gender, Children & Social Protection Market Women Financial Literacy Project, which empowered over 1,500 illiterate and semi-literate women in Ghana with foundational financial knowledge. Margaret led a team that conducted a needs assessment, designed courses, and piloted the Access Bank Mini-MBA, implemented
in ten African countries, which provides practical business education to help women entrepreneurs scale their businesses. Margaret played a key role in supporting young women in STEM through her leadership in designing a mentorship course and mentor handbook for the Millennium Development Authority’s Ghana Power Compact Internship and Mentoring Programme.

A prolific public speaker, she is passionate about coaching and mentoring young women, consistently sharing her knowledge to inspire the next generation of leaders. Through her work and media engagements such as Growth N’ Grind Africa, she continues to champion conversations that drive leadership excellence, personal growth, and organizational impact across Africa.

Outside of work, Margaret finds joy in the simple things like gardening, which gives her space to reflect, and swimming, which helps her stay centered and energized. She is happily married and a proud mother of two, drawing strength and inspiration from her family every day. Whether she's mentoring a young woman, coaching a team, or tending to her plants, Margaret brings the same care, purpose, and passion to everything she does.
