Dr. Patrick is an esteemed IFC-LPI certified Trainer (World Bank Group) with extensive expertise in Learning and Development. Specializing in both face-to-face and online facilitation, he has led various projects in Ghana. Notably, he developed and implemented a comprehensive leadership and mentoring plan for the International Business and Mentorship Network, addressing key challenges over twelve months. For the Rainbow Consult – Fan Milk Danone Project, he provided tailored coaching to key Distributors and Agents, boosting productivity and profitability. With over 20 years in banking, Dr. Patrick is a certified management consultant and holds dual Doctorate degrees: a PhD in Business Administration (Banking and Finance) and a DBA in Global Business and Leadership from France and the USA. He is also a provisional trainer for the Centre for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) and a CPD-certified specialist in Designing and Implementing Monitoring and Evaluation Systems in projects. Dr. Patrick serves as a Fellow and Director at the Institute of Business Analysts and Consultants and as Director at the Pensions Institute in Ghana. He is also a Certified workplace coach with comprehensive training in coaching practices, accredited by the International Accreditation Organisation and facilitated by Nyansa Africa.

Dr. Patrick is skilled in enhancing employee performance and fostering a collaborative work environment. He is actively involved with the African Business Integrity Network and CIPE, recognized for his leadership in SME capacity building.
