The Managing Partner, Margaret Jackson facilitated a 2-day training for the Direct Sales Acquirers of CBG in both the Southern and Northern Sectors on the 15^th-16^th July at the National Banking College, Accra, and the 22^nd– 23^rd of July 2024 at the CBG Learning Centre, Asafo respectively. The training aimed at equipping the direct sales acquirers with the skills and tools needed to Increase sales conversion rates, enhance customer retention, and boost client satisfaction scores.
