The program facilitates advanced level trainings, certifications, and access to procurement opportunities to increase local content development within this industry. By successfully establishing a dialogue with national and local governments, the oil and gas industry, and local business associations, strategic partnerships have been created to aid in the sustainability, longevity, and localization of the program.
