IFC Facilitation – Bank of Africa

We just wrapped up a fantastic session on effective facilitation, organized by IFC, held in East Legon for some of the incredible staff of Bank of Africa.
Our Managing Partner, Margaret Jackson FLPI ACC, led the engaging session, which sparked insightful discussions and fostered valuable connections. Many participants began the session with high expectations to gain practical skills. By the end, they were speaking with confidence, sharing bold ideas, and strategizing on how to enhance their impact when training clients. Participants expressed that they had gained valuable skills that will empower them to successfully train adult learners moving forward.
