Training Programs“Becoming a More Effective Manager” training for Dalex Finance & Leasing Company Managers.

The Rainbow Consult Team led a “Becoming a More Effective Manager” training for the managers of Dalex Finance & Leasing Company on the 5^th – 6^th June, 2024 for the 1^st cohort and 25^th – 26^th July at the National Association of Graduate Teachers, Adabraka. The session focused on effectiveness over efficiency, highlighted the importance of positive attitudes, and encouraged personalized development plans. Participants learned how to assess their effectiveness regularly, identify their learning styles, and maintain a positive work mindset. The training left everyone energized and ready for growth.
